a fresh personality to this light-hearted red wine. a summer red with some bright acid.

THIRD

BRAISED VEAL OSSO BUCCO

kale polenta / roasted carrots / cipollini onion / roasted celery root

2013 CÔTES DE PROVENCE, MAS DE CADENET, FRANCE

thick as thieves. rich & inky but with some great juice, if not delivered with a handful of dirt.

FOURTH

CONFIT PORK BELLY

butternut squash-mascarpone purée / sage brown butter / calabrian chili / toasted pecans / roasted brussels sprouts
